A few extracts from our customers feedback
Just to let you know, the Solar HW is working beautifully.
Many thanks,

Thanks for your help yesterday. It was much appreciated.
We managed to get the water up to 45 degrees last night. It had dropped back to 40 degrees by 07:30 this morning. At sometime between lunchtime and 16:30 it hit 70 degrees.
We have just run a bath and it has only dropped to 68 degrees!
It looks as though we will have a lot of “free” hot water to come.

Customer installation was for an 845 litre accumulator tank coupled with a combined Log and Pellet Boiler. The solar system we installed is used for domestic hot water, pool heating and to assist the central heating system.

I am delighted to report on the first week of successful operation of the solar water heating system. I switched off the original system on Sunday 19 April and enjoyed solar hot water from then on.
I have included a few photos of the work. My son Peter, on holiday for the week, features as a roofer.

John installed his own system together with his son and just general support from us.
Just for your info on this warmish, not very sunny day:

A customer who we did an installation for in February this year. The figures the lady refers to are from the solar display unit which tell you how hot the solar collector and the water in the cylinder are – so it was 103 degrees in the solar collector and 67 degrees in the solar cylinder. Not too bad at 1000 in the morning!!
Thanks for your help guys. Everything works much better than before and we know it’s safe now.
Cheers,
John & Peggy
This was to replace a Solar PV system after their house was struck by lightning. We were commissioned by the insurance company to do the work and make the installation safe as it previously had no safety isolators or protection.
Just thought we would let you know the pool is now up to 29 degrees. Thanks for all your help and we look forward to enjoying our pool this year .

This was a 12 x 6 pool that had virtually no use last year (2008) and went from 13 degrees to 29 in only 8 days.
